Hornell City School District – Student/Parent Tip Line 

The form below is to be used for students and parents who would like to report a tip to a school administrator and wish to remain anonymous in doing so. 

The form below will send your tip anonymously to a Hornell City School District Administrator. It is important to remember that if you are sending a tip, you tell the complete truth to the best of your knowledge and be sure to include as much information as possible in your tip. Putting your name at the bottom of your tip is optional and is not required. All tips sent to the school administrator will remain anonymous unless you type your name at the end of the tip.
